Perfect for my intended use
Another reviewer captured my goal for this pump too. Modern cars with their tire pressure monitoring systems are valuable safety improvements but they are total nags. Every time you get a warning you have to drag out compressors and extension cords that are great for filling many tires from zero pressure but tedious to deal with when the pressure needed is a few pounds. On paper this pump and others from competitors look great for topping off tires when you get the pressure warning. The unit is not large or heavy but it is larger and heavier than I expected from descriptions. Its about the size of a water bottle and heavier because metal is heavier than water. The heft hopefully indicates a well built product that will last a long time, but no guarantees of course. I got the standard package which has all the bits that I need. If the battery rating is important to you then I don't know what to tell you. The advertising copy says 7800mAh but the product manual says 2600 mAh. It is also rated at 28.86Wh and 12V which implies 2400mAh. Doesn't matter to most of us but if you obsess over this you might be disappointed in this product.Upon receipt I charged the unit as directed. It does not com with a charger but you probably have a shoebox full of USB chargers you can use. It appears the unit can accept up to 3A but I charged mine from a 2A USB charger just fine. If you use a lower current charger your charge times will increase. I didn't carefully note the charge time on mine but after use it charged from 1 bar to full in about 2 hours. The thing that prompted me to buy this was of course the pressure warning on the dash on one of our cars. They were last filled when temperatures were around 90F and now they were around 30F. I needed to put 7 psi into two tires and 8 psi into the other two. They are 225/65R17 tires. The hose and adapters seem high quality but of course no adapter is needed for Schrader valves on car tires. The hose is long enough to reach a valve at the 12 o'clock position on my car and would reach a valve a few inches higher. The unit is heavy enough that you probably would not want to let it dangle from the hose. The unit is easy to operate and the instructions are clear. I filled four tires in 15 minutes. You connect it, turn it on, and you can then do other things until it shuts off. It is a fire and forget weapon in other words. The battery meter had dropped to two bars when the fourth tire was finished.Well, it wasn't complaining but we have another car which had last been topped off in the summer so tried to fill those tires with the remaining charge. They are 205/55R17 tires and one needed 5psi, the others 6psi. It took about 10 minutes and the battery meter was flashing as it completed. So, I am happy with the purchase. It does exactly what I needed to do and it is much less fuss to use than my more capable compressors. I might not be able to top off both cars on the same charge when they need it but that is a minor inconvenience, especially since they rarely both need it the same day. I have not used it on bicycle tires but the nice Presta valve adapter should make that easy. I also have hand truck and snowblower tires that need filling and this should do those just fine too. It's a few days later and snow is coming so I used the pump to fill the tires on the snowblower. While I was at it I filled the tires on our hand truck and two 26x2 and two 29x2 bicycle tires. It made short work of these smaller tires and it took 1 to 1.5 "bars" of battery power. It was very easy to use on these small tires too, the Presta valve adapter worked perfectly. I forgot to mention it before but I don't happen to have a lab grade pressure measuring gauge so I compared the pressure the pump produced to a medium quality analog dial gauge and a typical digital pressure gauge. These three consumer devices agreed to within half a psi.So it is accurate, easy to use, and works quite well for filling a wide variety of tiresl.

good inflator
this item has bailed me out so many times its not funny. Will auto shut off once the tire is the presure inputted previously on the screen.pretty quick to inflate a tire from almost flat to full. fully compact stays in the car with me at all times since im a delivery driver. has a back up light on it should i be unable to find my main lights for nighttime issues.

Perfect for my use
This is a great inflator. I highly recommend the quick connect hose. Much easier and faster. It pumps faster than other compact inflators. And it's not overly noisy. Used primarily on my plane, golf cart, and side by side. I have the VAC from this company as well. They make a great product.

I honestly have no complaints
I originally boought this to inflate the tires on my home generator in anticipation of a hurricane that was headed this way. The generator is a big old one that I would never be able to get to the gas station air pump. The old bicycle hand pump wasnt doing the job because the flip lock thing wouldnt grip the valve stem. So I had seen a lot of these types of small tire inflators advertised and I was dubious to say the least. I check the reviews on dozens of them and compared all the pluses and minues of each. I finally settled on this for several reasons. Most of the reviews seemed legit first and formost. I liked the fact that the hose screws onto the valve stem instead of the flip lock. It has a flashlight built in and can be charged with a USB. The down sides are the hose is only just long enough to reach the vavle stem with the pump on the ground right next to the tire. Not a big deal really as it reaches fine and I dont really need to have it that far from the tire anyway. The only other downside is the usb charging cable is very short so you wouldnt be able to have it plugged into your car's USB while using it but, again, the idea is to keep it charged and ready to go and not run it while it's plugged in. Now the upside. So I used it to charge the generators tires and it worked like a charm. very easy to use. A couple of weeks later I had to fill up my car's tire and again it worked great. Today my wife told me all 4 of her tires needed to be refilled. They were each at 27 psi. Should have been 35! I set it to 35 psi and it inflated all 4 tires on one charge..Only ysed about 1 and half bars out of the 4 on the battery indicator so I probably could have done at least 12 tires on one charge. I timed one tire and it only took 2mins and 20 seconds to go from 27 to 35. These were standard R18 tires on my wife's Kia Sportage. The hose got a little warm where it screws into the pump itself but not overly so and was only slightly warm at the valve stem end. Auto shit off when it reached 35psi and auto shut off on charging. So all in all I'm very happy with the purchase. I woukd recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable and fast portable inflator to keep in your car.

Works well, can't change default PSI for modes :-/
Used it twice on my car (RAV4) .. first time one of the tires was only at 24 PSI, no problems brining it up to 33 PSI, so seems to work well (and while not quiet, not crazy loud either .. I'd just move away from the unit if I can).It has a manual mode and several other modes (car, bike, ball, ). These modes have default PSI values set, e.g., car 36 PSI. Unfortunately, while you can adjust the value in the mode, it won't remember this, so every time you get in the car mode it will be 36 PSI :-/ .. not being able to set the default makes these modes worthless IMO, so one star off.I believe it will remember the last value used in the manual mode - the other modes are nice, but pretty much worthless if their default values can't be changed. (I confirmed with the company's tech support because I thought I might have missed something in the manual. They confirmed you can't enter new default values for the various modes.)

Going Off Road?
A Must if you go off-roadingI lowered the tire pressure for better traction, and before getting back on the road, I brought all the tires back to 32 psi with no problem.
