Almost perfect except data plan pricing
Pro: Good speed, good signal, durable battery, easy to set upCon: Expensive (especially for use in North America), and data plans are not so flexible. There's almost only either 1-day plan or more expensive 30-day plan available, with only very few 7-day plans that I need

Great Tool. Should've had this a long time ago.
So far so good. This review is strictly regarding the device, not the enharent services of GlocalMe. Although, they provided 1GB free.To be concise, I used this for HS connection for mobile DJying. I normally have my MacBook Pro and Denon Prime 4 connected simultaneously during gigs.Performance has been nothing short of excellent. Through 6 gigs now, no drops, and always a great signal. I purchased a 365 day 50 GB data simm from Amazon to use with it. Simm inserted without issue, initialized and connect to a cell provider with in less than a minute.I highly recommend if you have a similar need.

Returned It
The hotspot itself works really well, but that's about it. Extremely overpriced (both the hotspot and most of the plans), and they limit which users can get which plans. So, though it's supposed to be a 5G hotspot and though their website shows more 5G plans available, for me there was only one extremely expensive 5G plan per month that I could buy...which basically made this an expensive 4G device, for me. If I wanted a 4G device, I could have ordered a much cheaper one. I sent this back and got the Jextream 5G Mobile Hotspot from T-Mobile, and that works just as well with more affordable and diverse plans. Also, the prices listed on this product page...some of them are incorrect and less than what you might get as an option for you when you buy this.

A simple and effective 4G LTE/5G hotspot
Purchased this to take advantage of the 5G coverage in my area. I work from home almost exclusively, but there are days that I want to work from a local coffee shop or simply out from my own home office. This device keeps me connected, not to mention the consistent speed and connection! Your mileage may vary so consider checking cell coverage (T-Mobile) in your area should you want the same. I haven't had the opportunity to review the international reliability of this device since I haven't traveled out of the country since the purchase. The hotspot has both cloudSIM (their paid service) and regular nano SIM functionality which is pretty convenient. I don't use this every day, but from what I can tell, the battery life is pretty good -- an hour of use knocked about 5-8%. Again, this is fine for me since I don't use this all the time, but you be the judge if that's too short for you.Obviously you're paying a premium for this, but I find the features and functionality to be worth it (by comparison to other similar devices out there). No frills and to the point.

Failed in less than one year
I bought this 5G hotspot router less than a year ago (by 3 weeks). I am currently out on a trip, and the device has failed overnight. Worked great yesterday, and now it has a dead battery that will not accept a charge. Other than that, I have been extremely pleased with the unit. Very fast internet connectivity. Easy setup. I have been using it with a T-Mobile 5G mobile hotspot SIM (the only type of SIM that T-Mo will allow in a third-party hotspot). I will order another one if this one is not still under a warranty. It did receive a firmware update yesterday. I have no idea whether that has somehow resulted in the battery failure or not.Update: Two things of note here. One is that I attempted to reach out to the support at GlocalMe via the link on their website about any sort of warranty service or replacement. That e-mail bounced.Second, I plugged the old router into a newer charger unit (USB C with QC 3.x support) and the unit charged back up again. It also held the charge completely overnight, while the router was turned off. So it does not appear that the battery has failed. Now I'm wondering more about the firmware update. The charger I was using while on the road was able to charge my laptop via USB C without a problem, so I know that it did not fail. I will update further if more develops. I did upgrade my rating to 4 stars, because the unit really is great when it is running. Just knocking a star off because of the lack of a way to contact the support group.
