Nice quality and looked great. Only used indoors and temporarily for a hotel party. But they are vinal so seems they would hold up well outside also.

Nice quality flagging rope. Seems like it will be very durable. The rope is pretty thick and the flags seem weather resistant almost like tarp material. We use on worksites and parking lots to mark off work areas. Should work well.
