The packaging it comes in does not look like the picture and will not mention anything about the adhesives. After testing one out, it does look like it has the adhesive.

Great variety of sizes. The case is a little small for how many they packed into it, but not a problem. The adhesive flow is perfect and keeps the wrap in place. The shrinkage is on par for 3:1. They work like they should and seem to be made well.

Tubing works as advertised.

Was a little skeptical when I got my shrink tube and the packaging you see online is different from what I received, also I was a little upset with how short they are especially the larger sized peices. More than likely when I use the larger ones I will most likely end up doubling up.. but all in all a little to short for my liking but I can still use them. I did try them out when I got them and they do seem to have the inner adhesion so I was relieved about that good product but if I end up finding something similar that's longer I will be buying those instead

I didn't think heat shrink tubing could be this nice to work with - it not only does the job, but the adhesive sealant is a bit of a game changer too as it will help hold things together as well as seal out anything from getting in.Shrinks well, fits tight. Seems like a good product and I'd look to buy it again when I run out.
