Outstanding Advanced Helmet
Great Helmet! I tried it, and I'm impressed. The auto-shade feature is amazing; it helps me out, you can sync the helmet with your phone which is level up, and the TFT display functions amazingly. I chose the Matte Black color because it has on the sides 3350 ADV Series, which I like, great color. The battery life is good for 5 to 6 months before or after changing, the same battery as the original 3350. If I had to pick which helmet for value for money, I would pick both 3350 series, even though the ADV is expensive compared to the original, you can't forget that it features a lot of technical stuff compared to the original 3350. I use both helmets every time, they work amazingly. Awesome Helmets. Thx Lincoln

The best
Had the 3350 for years, the reason I got the 3350 ADV was the analog controls on the old helmet. I didn’t trust them now it’s digital and programmable. It’s sweet. It was time to get a new one, now I have a backup. Definitely recommend.

Awesome helmet!!
Lincoln makes really fine products! I’ve been welding for 35 years. This is the best helmet I’ve ever owned, pricey but worth the money.!!👍

I will only get this hood from now
This is the best welding hood I’ve ever used. Super clear and the app easy to set up/use. I cracked the cassette by accident the first week I had it but I had registered it with Lincoln Electric when I received it and they sent me a new one for free. You can’t go wrong with L.E.

It's the best hood you'll ever own but you can find it cheaper elsewhere
I give it 3 stars not from anything about the hood. Its by far the greatest hood I've ever used. The outside lenses are standard unlike the miller the inside however is not standard. The gear point app hasn't worked right for well over a year so it's pretty much dead. I would still rate it 5 stars though despite that I've been beating on mine for 2 years now from fab shops with the super comfortable headgear to shipyards with the hardhat adapter and it still functions like brand new albeit the shell dosent look nearly as great as when i bought it. I find I don't use the Led nearly as much as I thought i would but for those rare occasions i need it its a goddsend the only problem ive ever had is the double A battery holder just above the lens tends to fall if i drop the hood to hard however its removable along with the Led itself so if you dont like it you can take it out I also have had an issue trying to source a gasket for lense for the adv specifically it seems to be the only part you cannot buy for it however a normal 3350 gasket and some precision knife work solves that problem very quickly (the adv gasket has a little notch cut out to on the flat part to fit around the light). That being said the reason I rate this one so low is because you can buy these literally anywhere else for about $460 ik $40 dosent seem like a big deal however I paid a total of $375 for mine 2 years ago (that's less than you can get the normal 3350 for now) so I'm not thrilled to see the price go up that much however if mine was stolen or If the cartridge somehow broke (it has no signs of the cartridge going bad it functions like the day i bought it but you can buy literally every single part for this but the cartridge with the 4c lens is the same price as the entire setup shells and leds and everything else including accessories and adapters are very reasonably priced) I would buy it again In a heartbeat just not from Amazon for over $500.

Good clarity. Terrible headgear!
Helmet has a good viewing area. All the bells and whistles. I don't use the grind mode but it does have an easily accessible switch. Makes more sense to me to have a dedicated grinding shield. What I can't get past is the terrible head gear. Flimsy is an understatement. I have a 12 year old Jackson that has headgear that doesn't flex, is comfortable and has never broken!
