Great for blowing snow
I love this machine! I am78 and was looking for a light weight blower to use for snow clearing. This Ryobi works great. The battery charges fast and holds the charge for the duration of my snow-blowing job. I have a large deck and 31 stairs to clear and this does the job in record time. It works great on light, fluffy snow. Haven't tried it on heavier wet snow. It is a little noisy, but that is to be expected.

Great product, long battery life
Love the variable speed and the super long life of battery. Ran it for over 30 minutes, still 4 lights or a full charge.Should of bought one of these years ago, sure beats a broom, especially on a deck or driveway.

Lightweight, Lower Power Blower
I have a few Ryobi battery operated yard tools. Their mower and weedeater area great! I was needing something to blow off the porch after mowing, so I picked up one of these. So far I really like it.Pros:- Lightweight: I do not want to be lugging around anything too large. I'm a smaller guy with a bad back, so lightweight and easy to use make this perfect for me- Easy to use: Assembly was quick. You really only have to attach one part and install the battery. Once the battery is on, just pull the trigger and you're ready to go.- Great option for light duty cleaning. This blew the grass off my porches easily. I tried it out in the garage to blow out the grass and dirt that build up in there as well. It worked great for these tasks.Cons:- Battery: If you have a smaller area, then battery life may not be a concern, but larger areas might take a couple charges. You may want to look at a second battery. I would have also liked to see this share a battery with the mower and weedeater, but this is not a huge deal breaker for me.- Blowing power: If you have more of a heavy duty job, this is not the blower for you. You can hear how low power this unit is compared to some of the stronger ones out there. This is really more of a grass and other very light debris blower. I had a little area of condensation from my vehicle that really didn't do much when I went over it. You won't be drying much with this either. If you are looking for a strong unit for big jobs, you'll want to pass on this particular one. If you need something light for light-duty work, this is a perfect unit for you. I'm happy with it and will definitely be using it to get to the unreachable areas in my garage.

Great for lightweight jobs.
I use this to clean off my porches. Works great and saves time compared to sweeping. Gets all the small stuff, most little rock’s/gravel too. Not a replacement for my hubbys backpack gas blower but better than the blower on the shop vac. It’s a great small option for the small jobs. Battery makes it so easy to maneuver under and around patio furniture and pop between porches.

Great product!
I don't know why everyone complains that this thing is underpowered or doesn't get the job done. Are you guys trying to power yourselves with a sail or something? This unit definitely gets the job done, it's quite powerful for the airflow rating it has. I don't have any issues blowing away dirt, grass, leaves, etc.

Decent blower - Poor rating due to RYOBI NOT honoring the 3-year warrant for a broken fan blade
RYOBI does NOT honor its product warranty from this seller.Today’s date: 11June2024. Seeking warranty support. Purchased a RYOBI 18V Blower model: P21081VNM 7 Dec2021 from AMAZON. It has a documented warranty of 3 years. Two weeks ago, the blower fan broke a fan blade. It no longer operates properly, vibrates badly and has a diminished blowing capacity. No ill use of the blower caused the fan blade to break. I contacted, via email, Ryobi with the details of the broken part, including model serial number and pictures of the blower and invoice and requested a replacement fan blade. I also tried three time to call but never got through to a representative. Two calls I was on hold for over 30 minutes and on the third call I was on hold over an hour. Twice I requested a call back. Both call backs went straight to voice mail. Via email I did get a response that they were looking into the matter. After 5 four business days past with no resolution response, I sent a request on the status. Here is a quote from the response. "I sincerely apologize for the delayed response. Unfortunately, it does show that the item is sold by LA Tool and Garden, please note that they are not one of our authorized resellers. Due to this the product does not qualify for warranty." Here is my response, "Are you saying that you are NOT honoring the 3-year documented warranty on the blower I purchased!! I don't care where the part comes from, you the manufacturer are responsible for your product. I will be following up on your falsifying 3-year warrant documentation."The fan part is approximately a $8-$10 part. RYOBI is responsible for the warranty replacement within its 3-year warranty period. The slow repose via email and the inability to speak to a representative is VERY frustrating. And then to top it off, the refusal to NOT honor their warranty is inexcusable for a company of RYOBI's reputation.
