I broke my wrist on a freak accident and had surgery! I bought these for after the surgery and they worked beautifully! Especially for my wrist! It brought the swelling down and they were comfortable! I would put them in the freezer and alternate 20 minutes on and off.. They are extremely durable and soft. The perfect size! . I highly recommend!!

This ice pack is a must if you have any swelling issues from your wrist to your knuckles. It's helped me tremendously. An hour in my regular freezer gives me 15 minutes of cold relief. I use it wrapped directly against my skin.

It is very cold; however, it is difficult to wrap around the wrist as it is quite rigid. Once it starts to soften up, it is better and works well

Fast cooling, instant relief! Though the instruction recommends 60 minutes in the freezer, I was much less patient than that to try the wrap. I gave it about 20 minutes then wanted to try the fit and comfort. It was the already the perfect temperature and felt amazing. The wrap is soft, flexible and comfortable and stays in place unlike trying to hold an icepack with a towel. The design allows for you to target the area needed. I have pain in my hand and wrist and it covered both. Later I left it overnight and the ice was far too hard and at a painful temperature, so I do recommend the short term freeze. I also want to mention that there was no unpleasant odor to the wrap, which can often go either way with products.

I had wrist surgery awhile ago and have been dealing with a lot of soreness and swelling. I had previously been putting ice in a zip lock baggie, but it was kind of a hassle as I had to prop my wrist up on a pillow to stabilize it without moving to keep it in place. I saw this wrist, ice pack, and thought it would be good while I’m working. It is very comfortable and convenient, but the only drawback is it only stays cold for about eight minutes. In which the average time to ice, your injury is 20, which does not suffice. So if you’re looking for something that’s going to stay cold longer this product I would not suggest.

I recently started suffering from a carpal tunnel flareup. After getting no sleep for several nights, I decided to purchase these ice packs. They have been an amazing help with icing my wrists and being able to wrap them by myself without assistance. I highly recommend them if you are having a carpal tunnel syndrome issue. They are really soft easy to apply and don’t get excessively cold just cold enough to make the swelling go down. They are as comfortable as they can be considering their ice packs and it still hurts a little bit the size and fit and durability seem like they are going to last for a while

I have developed arthritis in my wrists, but I type a lot for work and I also play the guitar as a hobby - I'm not giving either of things up any time soon, so I plan on continuing to aggravate my wrists on a daily basis. This wrap gets taken out of the freezer, used, and then put back into the freezer multiple times a day - probably three or four times a day. It works incredibly well as an ice pack for your wrist, and I'm sure you could wrap it around knees or what-have-you if you needed to. After six months it did start to leak it's magic cold-gel from one spot. I figured I had gotten my money's worth, but I contacted their customer service just for the heck of it and, sure enough, they sent me another one. I don't plan on asking for any more freebies - as I said, I feel I more than got my money's worth - but it was nice to see they were willing to stand by their product.
