I bought this as a gift for my 32 year old son. He loves it.

Great for all ages. I expect this to last a long time. Got it in original black because it looks like a musical eighth note.

So, my kid asked for this Otamatone for Christmas, and I thought, “Sure, why not?” It’s pretty expensive for what it is, considering the simplicity of the design. The color is exactly as described, which is one win. The sound? Well, it’s definitely… something. I’m still not sure I understand the purpose of this thing, but it makes him happy, so I guess that’s what counts. It doesn’t seem super durable, but at least it has a volume control, so that’s a plus. Overall, it seems like something more suited for pre-teens who enjoy making their parents question their life choices with each note. If you’re into quirky, noisy gifts that make your kid smile (and you cringe a little), then this is the one.

The media could not be loaded. Wanted one since i was 9 or so. Expectations met the product. Great and fun little guy. Black is a very good color for this, anz i does not chip. Im 11 and it is perfect and fun. Also vey durable and cute, and alot of different notes. There ara 2 main volume switches, but opening the mouth makes it louder makes 2 sub volumes.

It works as a little toy. Donot expect anything else.

My kid loves this to make all kinds of different noises and play around with it. Definitely keeps him entertained.

Works many years later. Goofy, fun, and pets hate it. I'd get the big one if I was going to buy another.
