Hated the GNC creatine, would DREAD taking it, I’m that guy that needs vitamin gummies rather than pills lol (calisthenics/weight lifter hybrid), ordered these (strawberry first, then green apple), and I look forward to having them now. The GNC powder is honestly probably the healthier option but this works for me. Do see creatine doing it’s thing (not much weight increase since I’m on a caloric deficit), weight staying the same but bench, squat and deadlift heavier, and can muscle up more, handstand for longer and increasing shoulder strength for other exercises. Great product, would recommend for those hating the powder option lol

Talking about my usage, I didn't do the loading phase as I researched after a month it's gonna take you to the same point as the normal dosage. So I started taking 4 gummies that is 5g of creatine everyday, and have been taking it for about 2 months now. I must say I really like these gummies. It doesn't feel at all that I'm taking a supplement or a powder like other supplements. This is quite literally tasting strawberry candies that you give to kids.
