I purchased these after reading the reviews. I have a sweet tooth and struggle to stop the cravings. From the first day, I noticed a big change. I recommended the product to my husband who has now been using them daily. We have made our second order, and both can’t recommend this product enough. Our cravings are gone. It’s ideal for what I need it for , I only need to take one a day as it’s strong enough to last all day .The only downside is some of the ingredients like silicon dioxide some plastics apart from main ingredients. I understand this is to keep cost down just like food but it would be better for the body if it didn’t have harmful ingredients that could well effect later down the line .It is ok for money but you do see results quick .There is no real taste or after taste I have experienced but it does control hormones like ghrelin so you don’t feel like you need food all the time .I do experience weight loss regardless it doesn’t send the numbers down quick .

So pros, I definitely felt some appetite suppression, and it gave me a little bit more energy.Cons, genuinely had so much trouble sleeping when taking these, and to test this I stopped taking them for two days and my sleep went back to normal. Although it curbs your appetite, it doesn’t make you feel full it just makes you feel not hungry. I haven’t lost any weight while taking them, and I think I’m gonna stop just because sleep is very important for health and weight loss

I was sceptical about these, but they have definitely made a difference to my over eating. I usually just eat and eat even after a full meal, but now I can have my meal and feel fully satisfied without the craving of snacking on junk after the meal. They keep me fuller for longer.I take 1 in the morning and 2 in the evening after work before tea at 5pm and then don’t eat again until morning. Which as a midnight snack we is amazing for me!Highly recommended. I’ve only been taking them for a week so can’t comment on weight loss but once I’ve consistently taken them I will update my review!
