Good Place To Start
I first purchased this thinking it was a good place to start being new to microneedling. The needles are only .25mm, so after reading up on it, I thought it was starting out small. Also, the ad says this is for a one time use which is incorrect. It must be sterilized between uses. If it were truly meant to be used only once , it wouldn’t have come with all that serum and such a large vial. This was confirmed by my dermatologist. The ad says one time use to keep you buying. Sad but true.I used this every other day for about two weeks, seeing a small improvement, so I turned it up a notch and purchased a .5mm head which I am waiting to receive. Hoping it really gets in there for these awful smoker’s lines.

Love this
I like knowing I'm getting deep in my layers of skin with these. I'm on my third one. I see myself daily so I can't tell if there is much difference in look but my skin feels great

Be Careful!
Unfortunately my face swelled up and had to go to the Doctor. Put me on antibiotics as he thought the device was contaminated!

Questionable quality
I didn’t know that it’s made in China until I received it. It would be one thing if it was manufactured in the USA and shipped to a foreign country for packaging or some other minor detail. However, this product was manufactured there, and I won’t be trying it out. I don’t want to risk the potential quality issues, since that could lead to skin problems or even injury if it really is not a legitimate product.Other than that, I don’t have any other complaints. The bottle design is nice, and the amount of serum that it holds is a good quantity.

I can feel the needles.
I liked how I could feel the needles and the hyaluronic fluid being applied to my skin. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to feel the needles.

Hyaluronic acid serum
The main selling point of this is the microneedling function. The surface area is very small to use as intended. It may have worked better if it was a roller style. The serum itself feels nice and absorbs easily.

poor delivery system and packaging
I love a good micro-needling facial. But they are so expensive, so I've been interested but hesitant to try a home version. Just...not...the...same. Okay, so to be honest, I didn't really expect it to be. I mean, I'm not a professional so not going to get professional results. But...I couldn't even get that far in using this product. The packaging is ridiculous - it comes in two parts, a vial of serum that is almost impossible to open and the applicator, which must be soaked in alcohol for 10 minutes.First, why can't these just come as one part instead? Less packaging would be a whole lot simpler to use and more environmentally sustainable. the applicator opening is so small, its almost impossible to pour the serum from the vial into it. There's quite a bit of serum in the vial, so is this really a "disposable, one time" applicator? There's more serum than fits inside the applicator (so I rubbed it on my hands and arms so it wasn't wasted)Second, the vial is nearly impossible to open. There is a thick metal wrap around the rubber seal, which must be removed with scissors, tweezers and several cuts on my fingers from the thick, sharp foil. It appears to have been meant for an applicator lid to be attached to the vial, which would puncture the rubber seal. The directions on the vial say the same, but you have to get a magnifying glass out to read it (and I have good eye sight) so it seems the vial wasn't intended to pair with the applicator.Thirdly, the needling did not seem effective. There's just not enough needles. I tried it on both my arm and my face but gave up after several minutes and only accomplishing a small area - it would take a significant amount of time to apply to the entire face. The serum itself has a nice silky slip to it, and absorbs almost immediately. So, in the end, I decided to use the serum without the applicator - there's plenty of serum to last for several applications, but I'm disappointed with the micro-needling fail. so....off to make an appointment with my facialist!
