Once you’re comfortable, manual flying feels natural and responsive.The 4K camera is outstanding — it captures crisp, breathtaking footage that looks professional, even without post-editing. One of the best little drones I’ve seen and used, the price point is amazing, great battery life, the video quality is amazing and really clear especially for cinematic shots, the flight video is smooth no jitters or anything, you can set the maximum altitude, a lot of features, noise level is kinda loud but manageable and it has safety features built in however keep in mind that using it in sport mode disables those safety features but for normal and cinematic flying it’s safe as the sensors will halt the drone if it gets too ckose to any objects such as a house, a vehicle, fence etc! 5/5 stars!

The flip is amazing. All the things you can do with this drone. Weight is as they say, below the limit that would require registration. Flew this a mile away with flawless control (the further you go the higher you should fly). No problem flying in 15 mph winds. I especially love the remote that came with it (screen built in) no need for a cell phone for video and fpv. Of course being a DJI this wasn't cheap but I think it was in the right price range for everything you get.Most important is the forward and below crash protection radar. And with blade protection you just can't go wrong.This is so easy to fly my advice is don't spend money on a cheaper drone only to want a DJI later. Just get this an you won't be sorry. You need to start with a 3 axis gimble (which this has) if you want nice video so you'll spend anywhere from $300 to $500 anyway. So just spend the extra bucks and save money in the long run.

Wowww!! Honestly, I’m out of words, for several reasons.First, the drone is incredible, beautiful, so different in structure that it makes it unique in comparison with all the others from DJI. The 4K image capability makes it so powerful in terms of entertainment. The pictures are incredible and videos even more.SECOND, and most importantly for me, is that the drone actually arrived. The seller that sold to me was “Beach Camera Same Shipping Day”; it arrived in just 2 days.I ordered this drom directly from DJI and it never arrived because of a customs problem with the DJI company and the government of the US. Then, I ordered from Amazon to a seller that never shipped it. And lastly, without any hope honestly, I ordered from Amazon to these guys and since the ship it from NJ, I believe, there was no problem and got delivered in just two days.Awesome work from the seller. And awesome drone, the built-in screen controller is a big plus, so I recommend it. Buy it from Beach Camera Same Day Shipping, and enjoy it, it is great.

Looks awesome, I spent 4 months procrastinating spending this kind of money on a toy for me. finally spent the $900 and got it !!!! So excited until I opened the directions, step 1 register the drone with FAA , should be easy , just enter the serial # , none found , ok , then just enter the model , none found . Customer service , yea right . I didn't even get to the part where you have to take a course and test , and then register with the FCC , and what's up with the app asking you to pretty much give DJI access to everything on your phone? I am licensed and work in the Nuclear Science industry , the only thing I think I did right was open the box , and process the return , what a disappointment , going with the Holy Stone drone now

The Flip is a surprisingly well designed and balanced drone. It possesses all of the "legal" requirements to be able to be flown in a wide variety of areas without violating any laws. You can fly over people due to the 249g weight, as well as the enclosed propellers. Performance exceeded my expectations, and I have extensive drone experience. It is more prone to being effected by wind, than say a Mini 4, but operates in far more rigorous conditions than say the Neo. Noise levels are reasonable, the camera is excellent, and overall flight performance is impressive.
